NZRL Museum had the very great pleasure to host the Robinson family to honour David Robinson who, over many years, was a significant part of Rugby League in New Zealand. A portrait of David was unveiled on the night, a very emotional tribute. He was instrumental in opening pathways for NZ players, and coaches, to play and coach in the UK. He sat on the NZRL Executive Board for a number of years from 1986 and in 2012, was made a Life Member of NZRL for his services to the game. David also contributed significantly financially to the establishment of the NZRL Museum, something that we will all be eternally grateful for.
